Almost every mosque's roof is built in the most popular hypostyle style, with a variety of vertical columns supporting it, each reflecting the area's old artwork. The exquisite qibla wall, which is placed on the opposite side of the gateway, attracts visitors from all over the world. The imam can lead the prayers five times a day from the mihrab, which is positioned exactly in the center of the qibla wall. In the prayer hall, people gather to offer their daily prayers in front of the holy Kaaba.
