You have three options to reach The Dubai Mall from the airport:

Line 27 bus:
 It takes 32 minutes to take you to the Dubai Mall from Airport Terminal 3. First, you need to board a train to take you to Deira City Centre, and from there you will get a bus to take you to the Dubai Mall. Entire journey would cost you around 116 to 166 INR.

 After every 10 minutes interval, there is a metro that starts from Airport Terminal 3 to take you to the Burj Khalifa metro station. From there, you can easily walk down to the Dubai Mall. Metro ticket would cost you around 60 to 85 INR per head.

By road:
