The Palm Island stands at 13 feet above the low tide level and also is stationed in 34 feet of water. The breakwater’s lowest level is covered by an erosion preventing water-permeable geo-textile so that it doesn’t wash out. The world islands were constructed with the use of 321,000,000 cubic meters of sand and 386 million tonnes of rock to facilitate its strength.
