A very interesting five day Bali tour – Yes! You have heard it right, we went as a gang of five – me and my college mates, every year we guys plan for a week tour to some amazing places, this year one of my friend wanted to visit Bali – exotic Bali as it is called. The tour covered some of the best places in Bali like Kintamani, Ubud and Tanah. Literally our guide was able to cover many places in these five days including rice terraces, elephant safari, royal temple, holy spring temple, monkey forest, coffee plantation. The rich aroma from this plantation tree is still lingering inside me. Actually I am writing this review mainly to say my view regarding the stay over here, I never expected that Bali would have such marvelous hotels, inns, motels and villa. We basically took for rent one of the villas and the reception that we received here was sumptuous, we explored the rice fields which was excellent and one of its kind. It is heard that these farms are famous for subak system of traditional irrigation in Bali. One of my friends is an agricultural engineer and he was explaining us the benefits of all these things. It is really a matter of pride to see that this small place is not only rich in culture and heritage but it is also contributing a lot to the economic system of the country. On the way we came across many villages like Ubud, Celuk, and Mas. These places are known for wood carvings, art work and gold jewel making. I have also shared some pictures that have been taken from the high road side location that covers the hills, mountains, beaches and more. Overall we learnt loads from this amazing trip to Bali in five day.

I am spellbound seeing such a type of service at the first place! Well that I am now back from my honeymoon tour to Bali, I have got many things to pen down over here about my experience at Bali. Firstly I would like to encourage and compliment the Indian travel agents for delivering such a nice foreign honeymoon package tour to Bali. I basically come from a small village at Haryana, and a tour outside India is something that I never even dreamt off, but my husband residing in Delhi was adamant in taking me out of the country to Bali for our honeymoon, fine now coming to the trip, Yo (cheers in Vietnamese language) is the word I have got to say to the agents who organized a trip for us. We had taken up a week tour for our honeymoon and this package consisted of many things like visiting temples, beaches, museums, villages, spring water lakes, coffee plantations, rice farms and many more. The greatest coincidence was that we happened to visit the Uluwatu temple exactly on my birthday, I loved it a lot it was a real blessing for me to visit such a nice temple on such an auspicious day. What more we had great network all over the trip and so I was able to update each and every day activities with my people and friends immediately (thanks Insta and FB). My trip wouldn’t have been complete without the visit to the famous Benoa beach, I don’t indulge much in water sports but over here there were some many different gaming categories that I didn’t want to miss out for. Lastly the foods were yummy and my taste buds are still longing to taste those special foods again served over there. Good arranged trip – fully satisfied!

A fabulous country with great friendly Balinese – this is the limelight of my trip to Bali for five days, my company had arranged for a five day sightseeing tour abroad, and this is when we all immediately nodded our head for Bali when one my colleague hinted that this is a wonderful place on Earth, so immediately without any second thought our team hired the travel agents for Bali. It was like a dream destination spot for me and my team never expected such a type of output from a foreign state like this. Such a small place but there is many things in store from Bali. What inspired me more in this place apart from sightseeing is the culture of the country, it is simply out of the world experience, as they say big things come in small packages, even though this was a small tour package we were able to cover many things under one roof. The Elephant safari was somehow missed out as we lacked time, but no regrets I am planning to go again next year with my family personally. Some of the best places that I recommend over here are Legian and Sanur. And Guys don’t miss out the rich rice farming vegetation and coffee plantation at Bali. If you plan and jot down the main landmarks you can very well get a chance to cover it all. A little bit of planning is enough to enjoy such a place. Note – if you don’t research and visit there are chances that you will miss out seeing important attractions at Bali. Bali is completely safe for couples and family, so I recommend this tour for people who want some privacy in their trip. A final word – my review is incomplete if I don’t mention my tour to the volcano. Splendid tour!

Newly married couples! Most romantic honeymoon place! Pick the honeymoon Bali tour and you can be assured that this trip is going to be the best way to start your new life with your spouse! I have just returned from my Bali honeymoon tour and am still in a perplexed state filled with all nostalgic memories whenever I am looking at the picture of me and my husband over there at Bali. When my hubby suggested Bali as our honeymoon destination, I was like what is this – my man is taking me to some ancient family vacation spot, but then being a new wife I couldn’t immediately say no, and I am happy that I never said no also. Well speaking about the tour, it was a perfect honeymoon package that any travel agent could offer for the couples. Right from beginning till the end, my organizers did their job well, this was my first foreign trip, was afraid but happy that it went on well. I am a great swimmer and I love to hang out whenever I see some beach, the Tanjung Benoa beach which was there in my itinerary was like a icing to my cake, I was surprised that this place has such attractive beaches, My husband and I enjoyed the various water activities that were catered here, the real fun part is that the games offered over here are something unique which I haven’t sported before anywhere. So I got something new to enjoy in this tour. And my trip wouldn’t have been complete if my guide hadn’t taken me for the most expected thing – Yes! You are right; a girl’s tour is incomplete without shopping. The Ubud shopping is the best part. Enjoyed the trip thoroughly!

Bali is indeed a great vacation destination! I went over here along with my husband on our honeymoon, initially I was bit afraid to take up a cycling tour as you need lot of energy to cycle in and around Bali, but the organizers gave us lot of rest time so that we could refresh. Well speaking about the trip – great and fabulous. Cycling to the terraced rice fields and visiting the adjacent landmarks and villages were more than memorable. Jatiluwih is known for its famous rice paddies and I am happy that I saw that for real, well speaking about the real fun – the water rides, the sporting activities and the bonfire were charming. Food was good and we were offered plenty of activities to indulge in. The guides were supportive and had good communication skill. Suggestions – Carry comfy footwear, sunglasses and a good camera (Guys you have loads to capture at Bali). It was an amazing and pleasant stay at the Pacung mountain resort (nice resort experience – I ll write about this a review separately) Well guys if you are planning to take this trip I advise you to take few days of stretching exercise in prior so that you can enjoy to the core!

Romantic Week off Trip to Bali – This was my status till today; I went on my honeymoon to Bali and am back today. Seven days how it passed is like a trance state. I feel this is the perfect honeymoon destination spot, and hey gals if your husband is asking you to pick a honeymoon spot pick Bali without any doubt and I am sure you are going to thank me for this. My hubby had booked the trip online and planned everything well in advance, and hence we didn’t face any issue at all anywhere. This package included food, accommodation, cruise and free tickets of entry at many places. I had loads of fun at the one day cruise in Bali; it included unlimited boat rides and underwater viewing chambers. I loved the submerged marine walk at this place. Bali is well known for its incredible sunset and I am happy that I was able to witness this part of bit too in my life. The guides explained us in detail, pickup, drop and foods were lovely. It would have been better if the cruise had a bit more less people, except that thumbs up for the tour and package.

What You Should Know More About Bali

  • About the destination – Bali

The very mention of Bali evokes the thoughts of bliss. Bali is more than just a place. It is an aspiration, mood and a tropical state of mind. It's difficult to believe that around 17,000 different islands together form the Indonesian archipelago. Bali is one among those thousands of islands that is extremely popular for the tourist attention it gets. The place was felicitated with the prestigious title of being the best island in the world by ‘The International Travel Magazine.’ Bali truly deserves being called the world's best island owing to its rich Balinese culture and the serenity of the locales there. One simply can not resist heading to the slopes of Mt Batur and going to the Bintang bodegas on Seminyak’s main party strip.
If you look at the history of Bali, you will find global civilization era going all the way back to the ice age era. There is sunshine throughout the year at Bali and a tropical monsoon climate with pleasant temperature is experienced during the day. Beaches are the prime attractions here and people interested in adventure sports can have a nice time too. Travelers from around 30 countries don’t need a visa to visit Bali so this is indeed an added advantage for the tourists.
Bali has beaches, diving, surfing and resorts both great and small. However, it is the very essence of Bali and the Balinese that accounts for its sheer brilliance. It is more than just a fun-in-the-sun retreat.

  • Travel Advice

Follow these advices to have a delightful and safe experience while travelling in Bali:

    • Avoid drinking water from the tap here, it is highly recommended that you buy bottled water while in Bali. If not, you can also use water filtration tablets and put it in a bottle of water as it works equally well.

    • Trains don't exist in Bali so you need to choose other local transportation options to travel around.

    • Choose a hotel which is isolated from the crowded areas for a peaceful time while you stay here in Bali.

    • There are dress codes at various high end restaurants, bars and clubs so conform and adhere to it before visiting.

    • Respect their religious customs to avoid any conflicts while you roam around Bali.

    • You will experience different price tags here. At some places you will find things at dirt cheap rates while at other places, the prices are exorbitantly high.

    • Beware of wild and stray animals in the island. Monkeys can be the biggest thieves here and the wild dogs can make you a rabies patient.

    • At various spots, locals may not understand English so you need to learn some basic common lingo that will help you to communicate with them.

    • Bargain respectfully in the markets of Bali. Pushing the negotiations too much will irritate the sellers and they might not be interested in selling you after that.

    • Before visiting Bali, confirm the actual situation of Visa in the country. Recently it has waived the need of Visa for many countries and you might need to check that beforehand.

  • Tipping

Although tipping is not held compulsory in Bali or anywhere else in Indonesia, it definitely makes the other person feel honored and appreciated. Thus, you can tip here to various professionals and service providers at about 10% of the cost of the service.

  • Drinking Laws

Since the Indonesian government is considering banning alcohol in the party island, drinking won't be allowed here anymore. Currently, anyone over 21 can consume liquor legally at Bali but once the law passes, it won't be allowed in the island.

  • Our recommendations: What you can't afford to miss?

    Ubud
The rice paddies and the serene temples in Ubud will make you want to stay here forever. The calmness in the environment and the green visuals throughout is extremely soothing. You will find organic café's and restaurants throughout the place going well with its natural scenic beauty.

    Lovina
Lovina is not quite famous among the thousands of tourists who visit Bali but it's definitely worth your time. It's a nice low key beach right up on the northern coast of Bali. You will see palm trees and the blue Bali sea spread as vast as your vision goes.
    Sideman
If you are up for an authentic experience in Bali, visit the little village of Sideman. The place is still undiscovered by most of the tourists and this in a certain makes it more pristine and beautiful.
