ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of arrival.
The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, and F&B are not included.
Certain attractions may require the use of life-like props that interact with the VR elements, the likes of guns and gloves.
You can access each ride only once in VR parks (Repetition is not allowed).
Guests must pay an additional 5 AED at the venue for the gaming card. This is a refundable deposit that must be collected directly from the venue.
Standard age, height and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
Height Requirements: Adults- Over 120 cm. Children- Under 120 cm
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
