• Head to Valnoor, located on the backwaters of the river Cauvery in Coorg. Celebrated as one of the most exotic angling sites in Karnataka, the calm environs further add to the appeal. 
• Begin your trip of 4-6 hours starting from 10:00 AM and set off to the fishing camp. Spend some hours indulging in fishing before heading back. The place is characterised by a spellbinding calmness. The surrounding landscape lends a mystic feel at Valnoor. It is here you would be able to few rare species of fishes. Some of the more common varieties found here include mapps, marals, eels and mahseer.
• The two varieties marals and mahseers are found in abundance and considered to be prized catches. There is also the presence of various other fishes, which keeps the element of thrill.

Tucked amidst the beautiful and untouched archipelago of Andaman Islands, Chidyatapu is enveloped by tropical rainforests. The area is abounding in rare and endemic species of flora and fauna.Over five hours at sea, be prepared for a fishing adventure. After breakfast at your hotel, around 10am you’ll be taken to Chidyatapu Beach (25km), board fishing boat for the fishing tour ahead of you. Reach Rutland a popular fishing spot, followed by short rides to visit nearby islands such as MundaPahad, another primary destination. Have lunch around 3pm, cruise back to Chidyatapu Island and return to Port Blair to close your amazing fishing tour.

Starting from Mahabalipuram, the tour takes you to a small coastal fishing village where you get to witness the life of a fisherman ­for around 2 hours. Get involved in the daily routine of the fishermen as you step into their shoes and experience their hospitality.

On your arrival at fishing village, enjoy a welcome drink amidst the warm hospitality of the locals. Post this, attend the briefing session, get geared up with the lifejackets and board the fishing boats. On the way, learn about the tips and tricks involved in fishing in the open sea.

On arrival at the ideal spots, help the fishermen in throwing and pulling their nets. Be a part of the enthralling journey and if luck favours, boast of your catch of the day. After spending around 1 hour in the sea, return to the village and embark on a local tour. Interact with the villagers, know more about their lives, fishing culture and before winding up the tour, you can spend time with the school children. You can also participate in teaching few lessons to these children.

Whisk yourself away to the blue waters of Arabian Sea to learn the ropes of fishing in Mumbai, an important source of livelihood there. Take on this therapeutic activity and savour 1hr 15 minutes away from the land.

For fishing in Mumbai, reach the ‘Gateway of India’ ten minutes before the scheduled time. After 5 minutes, transfer from the jetty to the J24 sail boat on a speed boat and prep up for the experience ahead. Sign the indemnity form and get your life jackets on.

Be greeted by a fishing instructor who will give you a 15 minute orientation on fish types, rod, knots and hooks. Notes will be available on board. Post that; sail around the South Mumbai direction. Anchor for 30 minutes, enjoy the unbridled sights around and put your learning to test. And if you have made a catch, you can take it home.

1. Bottom Fishing:

This 3.5 hours activity starts with your pick-up from the hotel at around 03:00PM followed by a car ride to the boat jetty. Arriving at the jetty, hop into the boat and sail towards the Coco Beach and enjoy the prismatic views of the Central Jail within the Fort Aguada during the cruise.

Following your arrival at the beach, the boat will anchor down and you can spend still moments on the Goan waters. Hereafter, the crew members will get you with the fishing rods, baits and other necessary equipments as well. Put on the bait, throw the hook in the water and sit still for the prey!

While waiting for the exciting catch, delight in the charm of the afternoon by sipping in some beers on board. After an exciting day of fishing, as the sun starts going down; by 06:30PM, sail back to the boat jetty and get transferred to the hotel. With your arrival at the hotel, this bottom experience of fishing in Goa will come to an end.

2. Trawling Fishing

Begin with the fun and exciting tour of fishing in Goa with your pick-up from the hotel at around 02:20PM and take a cab ride to the boat jetty. Your arrival at the jetty will be followed by a boat ride to a nearby fishing spot.

Arriving at the spot, get geared up with the fishing equipment like fishing rods and baits. By the time, your bait goes inside the water; wait patiently for the big catch of the day! While waiting, you can expect fishes like Red Snappers, Cobia, Gropers, Baracudas, Salmons and several others.

During onboard take the fun of fishing to a greater height by sipping on some beers and cruising around the Millionaire's Palace, Fort Aguada and the Goa Central Jail. With the advent of the evening; say around 06:30PM, sail back to the boat jetty and get transferred to your hotel.
