Yes. There is a separate section called the visits zone in the park that holds all the facilities from canteens to washrooms. The places include a canteen, EEC, a beautiful garden and drinking water Visits can relax here and take a break. However, apart from this area, there aren't any other separate toilets present around the park.

Is there parking around for private cars nearby?

Yes. In fact, there are several areas you can park outside the park. The parking facility is available until the place is open. Garages near the place also take parking for a nominal fee. Additionally,  It is always better to self drive to the park especially if you are in a group as sometimes getting public transport can be a little tacky.

If you want to explore the park in its entirety you'll already need to shed 3-4 hours of your time. The park is 15 km in total distance and there a variety of animals, birds, and plants to explore in the area which can take a substantial amount of time.
