Can I buy food and beverages in the SkyJumper park?

Yes, you can buy food and beverages inside SkyJumper park at the elevated cafeteria. It serves a number of food items and also offers views of the trampoline park.

This cafe space is ideal for parents with kids below the age of 2 years, as they are not allowed inside the park; and similarly is also suitable for old aged members of the group to relax while other members go jumping. The cafe is open at all times.

Do you have lockers?

Visitors can rent lockers for the safety of their belongings. It is imperative for visitors to empty their pockets, cell phones, iPods, keys, and any other items that could possibly cause harm, thus it is a good idea to rent lockers. Apart from this, the park also offers free storage space for shoes.

Do I need to make a booking?

No, visitors don’t have to make prior bookings or advance payments. However, booking is required for hosting events or parties.

Do we need IDs to jump?

Yes, individual identity proof is required at the time of entry, at the reception. Thus, it is advisable to carry a government recognised photo ID proof to jump.

Do we need to come as a group or can I come to SkyJumper on my own?

Individual entry is most welcomed at the park. However, as the saying goes- the more the merrier!

What is the age range for jumping?

Funtime at SkyJumper Trampoline Park is suitable for everybody above the age of 2 years.

Are we allowed to bring in outside food or beverage?

The park does not allow outside food or beverage to be carried inside the park premises. However, visitors who have booked a birthday party or any form of celebration at the park are allowed to bring items like a cake. These food items must strictly be consumed in the designated party room or party table only.

Similarly, if one of the guests at the party is suffering from food allergies or anything alike, outside food may be brought to be consumed at the party table or in the VIP party room only. This shall not affect the price charged for the party by the organisers.

At what age can a child enter SkyJumper without adult supervision?

Kids above the age of twelve years can enter by themselves at SkyJumper. For kids aged between two to six years, a parent must be with the child at all times inside the park.

For children up to the age of twelve years, an adult must accompany. This does not necessarily have to be a parent.

Can I sit down on the SkyJumper court?

No, it is not allowed to sit at the SkyJumper court. It is advisable to leave the park in case the visitor wants to rest.

Can we jump two persons on the same trampoline?

No, the park restricts double jumping on the same trampoline.

Can we wear shoes or socks?

Skyjumper provides grip socks with rubber soles which must be purchased by all visitors prior to their jumps. The park does not allow any other footwear on the trampolines. Similarly, jumping barefoot is also not allowed.

On the other hand, spectators are expected to wear socks as no footwear or bare feet are permitted on the platform.

Is it safe?

SkyJumper park has specially designed spring-loaded frames on which bouncing is much better than any home trampoline. The springs and frames are covered with a thick safety padding of 2 inches that makes it absolutely comfortable and safe.

With an all-sided view of these foam-padded trampolines and court supervisors on duty at all times, there is no fear of falling off of any trampoline. Moreover, all visitors are given a full safety induction before jumping at the park. Having said that, like in any other sport, trampolining can have the same possibility of injury.

Is there an age limit?

The minimum age for jumping in the park is 2 years. Thereafter, there is a dedicated trampoline area for SkyJumper Juniors, for kids of age two to five years.

What is the weight limit?

The maximum human weight of 150 kg is held for jumping on the trampolines. For a person with a higher weight than 150 kgs, the activity may not be very suitable and safe.

What should I wear when jumping?

The park recommends wearing comfortable athletic clothes, track pants, and overall comfortable clothes. The park suggests keeping into consideration the family-friendly environment that the park strives to maintain.

It is advisable to refrain from wearing studded belts, hooped earrings, or any other sharp items.
