Parvati Hill, Pune

  • Famous for being one of the most postcard-perfect locations in Pune, Parvati Hill is the second highest point in Pune. It offers some of the most majestic views of the cityscape right from the top and makes for an interesting tourist attraction with many heritage temples located there. By climbing up 103 steps, tourists can reach the top of the hillock and treat their eyes with the wonderful views.

    It is known for having the Parvati Temple built by the Peshwas and the oldest structure in Pune. There is also a Devdeveshwar temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Vishnu Temple, Kartikeya Temple, Sri Vitthal Rukmini Temple, Peshwa Museum which is located on Parvati Hill. Parvati Hill is amongst the few sightseeing places in Pune that will take your breath away and offers a refreshing getaway to enjoy with your loved ones.
