This museum is built inside the original residential palace of cardinal Fazio Santoro. This palace dates back to the 16th century and is a living testimony to the flourishing art and history of Rome. The whole area is divided into four wings, dedicated to different art forms of yesteryears. The Aldobrandini Room and the Room of the Primitives are where you can find the most elusive artworks that were collected privately by the family.
