1. By road- Dandeli can be reached by road from different parts of Karnataka, Goa and Maharashtra. NH67 is the main highway that connects Dandeli to different parts of Karnataka via road and the journey can take anywhere between 2-3 hours. If you are coming from Goa, you can travel via NH748 and Mirjan - Ramnagar Rd which takes close to 2 hours 36 minutes to cover a distance of about 100.6 km. However, if you are coming via Pune then you can travel via NH48 which takes about 9 hours 24 minutes to cover a distance of around 442.5 kms.

2. By rail- Dandeli does not have a train station of its own, however, Londa (37.5 km), Alnavar (34.1 km), Hubli (73.4 km), and Dharwad (56.6 km) are the closest train stops. There are numerous trains that stop at these stations from places like Pune, Goa, Kerala, Hyderabad, and Ajmer. Upon reaching any of these stations, you can go to Dandeli by taking a local bus or hiring a cab. You can also take a train from Dharwad or Hubli to Alnavar and then drive the rest of the way.

It was great to book through Thrillophilia,the vehicle and accommodation provided was very good ,Dandeli is fun for river rafting, zipline and other water sports .The place is absolutely scenic and local food was Awsome.

Booked:4 Days Dandel, Murudeshawar and Udupi tour package
The stay at Dandeli was not upto the mark. The stay at Murudeshwara and Udupi was nice. Some places maintained in the iteneary was closed like malpe beach at Udupi and wildlife sanctuary at Dandeli. But we cover another places instead of them. Overall it was a good experience
