La Digue Island Overview

La Digue is a jewel located in the midst of Seychelles, and is the most beautiful and sought after attraction in the archipelago. How To Reach

1. By Air: Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) on Mahe is the closest airport. 

2. By Boat: You can take ferries from Mahe Island to La Digue, which is a journey of about an hour.

This attraction is a year-round destination and can be visited at any time. 

1. Best season: The spring months of March to May are the most optimum to explore the island.

2. Best day in the week: Weekends are the best to explore the island as it comes to life with the tourists thronging it.

3. Best time of the day: Dusk is the best time to witness the island glowing at its peak.

1. Starting your day trip right in the early morning is preferred, as there are a myriad of attractions to be covered in the island.
