Torcello Island Overview
Although there are very few residents on the island, Torcello Island is still busy in the summers bustling with tourists witnessing all the amazing Places to see in Venice. The island is brimming with a lot of options from the past which includes Basilica di Santo Maria Assunta which has Venetian-Byzantine mosaics and gives views of the Burano from its top which is the bell tower.

You shall also visit the Ponte del Diavolo which is a classic stone bridge with no parapets. Besides these, there is a seat made out of stone called Trono di Attila, a marble throne called Attila’s Throne, Palazzo del Consiglio which is a gothic style government seat and Torcello; Museum which houses artefacts from the Medieval age.
