Nidhivan Overview
Also known as the land of Lord Krishna, Nidhivan is home to multitudes of mysterious tales, famous among localities. Also called Murlidhar, Giridhar, Kanha and Leeladhar temple, the place is a holy establishment of Banke Bihari. The name Nidhivan is derived from Nidhi and Van translating to treasure and forest.

An enormous section of Nidhivan is encapsulated with lush green tropics and grasslands making it a magnanimous complex. The trees here are believed to be hollow from the inside and have been found to stay green all year round. It is also trusted that Lord Krishna was a frequent visitor and practiced “Rasleela” at this place.
