Pagoda Long Son Overview
If you have a fetish for exploring the striking pagodas while you are visiting Vietnam, then this is another place which is a must visit for you. Also known as the Chua Long Son,Pagoda Long Son is arranged on the foothill of Trai Thuy Mountain in the city of Nha Trang. The temple is well known for its substantial white Buddha picture, which sits on the mountain peak and can be seen from anyplace nearby. This temple was built in the year 1886 in the style of Taoist engineering, Long Son Pagoda has been home to some high-positioning Buddhist friars and the Vietnam Buddhist Studies Foundation was established here in 1936.
Highlights: As you enter the temple you can see the passageway and rooftops are brightened with dragon mosaics which are worked from glass and fired tiles. The fundamental formal lobby is enhanced with current elucidations of traditional themes. The nasal hairs of the mythical beasts are wrapped around the columns on either side of the primary sacrificial table.
