Africa is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places on earth. Those who travel to Africa describe it as a life-changing experience; unmatched with anything else on earth, with breathtaking natural beauty, animals in their natural habitat and a culture that is unique and welcoming.

It is the second-largest continent in the entire world after Asia and has traces of civilization that is older than anywhere else on earth. In Africa, you can find natural wonders such as the Victoria Falls, Mount Nyiragongo, Avenue of the Baobabs, Namib Desert and much more, where you can lose yourself in the unbelievable that nature presents before you.

While Africa is a massive place that you can explore endlessly, there are some attractions that should definitely be a part of your bucket list if you are travelling there. This includes Maclear’s Beacon, Kruger National Park in South Africa, Serengeti, Mount Kilimanjaro, Masai Mara National Reserve, Zambezi River, Okavango Delta and of course, the Victoria Falls.

These are all unique places where you can absorb the true essence of Africa by witnessing the natural beauty, interacting with animals, winding through endless desserts and trekking through some of the oldest mountains in existence.

There is no dearth of fun activities you can do here as well. Apart from the jungle safaris and treks and hikes, which are a must, you can also enjoy adventure sports such as cliff-diving, snorkelling, kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, scuba diving, kitesurfing, paragliding, bungee jumping and much more.

You can make the most of your vacation to Africa if you know when to travel.
