Champaner Pavagadh Archaeological Park Overview
One of the most impressive places to visit in Vadodara, the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park displays a collection of unexcavated archaeological sites. The Park is built on the ruins of the 16th century Capital City built by Mehmud Begda and offers a splendid insight into the style of architecture prevalent during this period.

The Kalika Mata Temple on top of the Pavagadh Hill and the Jama Masjid housed here are two of the most popular attractions of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park.
