Panhalekaji Caves Overview
On the banks of river thorli-dhakti-kotjai in a small village called Panhalekaji of Dapoli, the Panhalekaji Caves are mysterious and beautiful hills. There are 29 chain caverns of Hinayana, Buddist, Ganpateya and the Nath sects, situated in a place known as Bag Wadi.

While walking within these caves, one can see shrines, prayer halls and other structures that date back centuries. There are regular guided tours available where you get to learn about the history of the attraction.
