MEIJI JINGU

The Meiji Shrine or the Meiji Jingu is amongst some of the most sought-after Tokyo famous places, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll, admire the natural surroundings and scrutinize the intricate architecture of the shrine. There is also a shop where you can buy amulets and charms that are said to contain magical and mystical properties. During the New Year, millions of people visit the shrine to witness the first prayer, which is supposed to be the holiest of all offerings.
