Sri Lanka is warm, beautiful and endlessly surprising - Colombo's food scene alone was worth the trip. Bentota's beach resort was the perfect way to end a holiday that felt both cultural and deeply relaxing.

Our Sri Lanka trip from Indore arranged by Thrillophilia was a fantastic experience overall. From the initial planning stage to the final day of the journey, everything was handled professionally. The itinerary allowed us to explore iconic places like Sigiriya and Kandy while also enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Ella. The hotels were comfortable and travel between destinations was smooth and well coordinated. It was clear that the team had planned everything carefully. We would definitely consider booking our next international trip with Thrillophilia.

I have travelled to Sri Lanka from Jaipur and it was a great journey. The planning felt sorted from the first discussion itself. The quotation was clear and the itinerary was shared quickly without any follow-up. Our driver was professional and the local support was always available on WhatsApp for any quick doubts

Which are the best places to visit on the Brazil Tour?

1. Florianópolis: In our Brazil Tour Packages one of the top places to visit is the island of Florianópolis. Its one half is situated on the mainland and the other half on an island. ‘The Magic Island’ of Brazil is known for its open and uncluttered beaches like Praia dos Naufragados which can be only reached after a bit of hiking. Enjoy gorgeous views of pastel-hued sunsets at any one of the 60 beaches at Florianópolis.
Tourists can hike and explore the island to find lovely waterfalls and bright blue lagoons on its coast. You can stay at an authentic Brazillian beach house in the more northern part of the island, which is more touristy. If you want to surround yourself in nature, there are more quiet beaches in the South of Florianópolis.

- Location: State of Santa Catarina

2. Chapada Diamantina: Our Brazil Tour Packages take you into the wilderness of National Park Chapada Diamantina. The landscape is riddled with spectacular hidden treasures such as the Cachoeira da Fumaça, one of Brazil's gargantuan waterfalls of which turns into mist.
One of the most striking features of the region, however, are the two vast underground cavities known as Poço Encantado and Poço Azul. The water in the two pools is so pure that they seem to be empty, and the sunshine that enters gives the pool a startling electric blue shade.

- Location: Av. Barão do Rio Branco, 80 - Centro, Palmeiras - BA, 46900-000, Brazil
- Timings: Open 24 hours

3. Pantanal: Our Brazil tours will take you to Pantanal, the world’s largest wetlands. The natural marshes encourage the viewing of animals and the untouched Pantanal area has no significant human population that ensures the wildlife thrives.
The wetland provides spectacular scenery and the opportunity to see a wide range of wildlife and birds. Spotting the South American jaguar is the highlight of the trip; the Pantanal is the only location on the continent to catch sight of the mysterious beast.

- Location: Mato Grosso do Sul

4. Porto de Galinhas: Eight years in a row, readers of the Brazil journal Voyage & Tourism elected this wonderful spot to visit in Brazil as the "Best Brazilian Beach." The town was an isolated fishermen's settlement, located in the south of Recife, and is now open for anyone who would like to relax and enjoy the stunning beaches that Recife has to offer.
A few hundred meters out in the water, you will find a reef. You snorkel and see them up close. In the beaches behind these reefs, natural pools form when the tide is low, and you will find a variety of fishes in these natural aquariums.

- Location: State of Pernambuco

5. Lençóis Maranhenses National Park: Actually, the word 'Lençóis' means bedsheets. This name instantly makes sense as you stand on the top of a sweeping white sand dune in Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. Lençóis, situated in northern Brazil, has a stunning view that will leave you gasping for breath.
The rain collects in the alleyways between the sand dunes, which leads to the desert becoming a place where the sand dunes vary in sight, with cerulean lagoons. Many different species of fish live in the lagoons, and one of them hibernates in the wet areas of the sand during the dry season, only to resurface when the lagoons revive.

Price: 56 BRL per day
Location: Barreirinhas - State of Maranhão, 65590-000, Brazil

6. Iguazú Falls: Our Brazil Tour Packages take you to see the Iguazú Falls, they are Mother Nature's most eloquent representation of beauty in our world. Walk on the wood platform over the magnificent Devil's Throat fall, which is about 80 metres high.
At the bird park, you can rejoice at the exotic feathered birds who are part of many ongoing conservation programs.

- Location: Paraná State

7. Fernando de Noronha: Fernando de Noronha is a Brazilian chain of islands. It is a paradise for those interested in animal life and diving and consists of 21 reefs, Islets and rocks of volcanic composition and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Island.
This protected area provides a range of opportunities for leisure on golden sands and for watching tropical fish, sharks, turtles and dolphins in the shallow waters of jagged shorelines, unspoiled scenery. The environmental sanctuary caps visits annually, which is why it always features some of Brazil's most amazing natural scenery.

Location: Pernambuco State

8. Blue Lake Grotto, Mato Grosso do Sul: The Blue Lake Grotto is one of the world's biggest submerged cavities. It is not clear precisely how deep the waters of this lake are.You wouldn't believe that this cavern has a stunning, blue lake from the inside because it's entrance is modestly covered. This grotto is thought to be flooded by an unseen underground stream.
A 3 metre tall sloth and a sabre-toothed cat were found with several other animal bones from the Ice Age in this cave. Book an itinerary out of our Brazil Tour Packages to see and experience a cave that is thought to be about ten million years old.

- Location: Bonito

9. Sugarloaf Mountain: The peak of the Sugarloaf Mountains overlooks the landscape of Rio de Janeiro and Guanabara Bay. Named after its conical shaped peak, Sugarloaf is one of popular spots for tourists in Rio.
You can reach the mountaintop by a cable car. Every 20 minutes, a cable car leaves for the summit. Roundtrip tickets can be brought from the cable car station on Avenida Pasteur.

- Location: Rio de Janeiro
- Timings: 8am-9pm

10. Mount Roraima National Park: It sweeps up the borders of Venezuela and extends to Brazil and Guyana. It is remote and difficult to reach in the far north of Brazil, making it much more attractive for explorers and campers alike.
Those who make the effort to visit will be met with isolation and nature in its purest form, with pristine mountainous landscapes, mind-boggling peaks, and breathtaking sights. Much of this is without a single human being in view.

Location: Roraima
Best time to visit: December to April

It highlights the severe problem of Earth’s finite resources and shows us what is necessary for us to do in order to sustain ourselves.

One of the most adrenaline inducing events in Brazil is riding this Pororoca which can sometimes last for hours.
