About Charleroi
Charleroi is located in Wallonia and it’s the second-largest city in the country. It is a Swiss-French micro-region and is also one of Belgium’s most multicultural cities. It's very popular for its various cuisines like French, Belgian, Italian and more. It is one of the great places to visit in Belgium and the city is located in an important coal-mining region and is the capital of the province.
The Grande Place is a symbol of this city and the place is breathtakingly beautiful, filled with a variety of buildings from different periods, including guild houses from various craft professions. It has historic churches that are lined up on its east side which makes the place more beautiful than ever.

It is one of the best places in Belgium where the weather is neither too hot nor too humid. The climate is mild, while seasonal variations are not very pronounced. The winters are colder than the summers, while rainfall and temperatures are medium throughout the year.
