About Wat Lok MoliBoasting a rich history and exhibiting aesthetic work of art, Wat Lok Moli is a Buddhist temple in Muang County which is believed to be more than 500 years old. Apart from being a major religious site in the region, the temple also enjoys fame as a tourist attraction, and recieves dozens of tourists everyday.
The temple complex built during the era of Mengrai Dynasty features intricate designs and wonderful wooden carving which make it one of the most beautiful places to visit in Chiang Mai. A statue of a Lanna queen and golden images of Buddha within the temple complex are worth appreciating.
