BERRINGTON HALL

Built in 1778 the Berrington hall is known as one of the few masterpieces of architecture and one of the best places to visit in Hereford. The Berrington Hall has beautiful red exteriors and amazing panoramic views across Hereford and wales. The Mansion is 230 years old and was built for Thomas Harley, 3rd Earl of Oxford and later was owned by two other families during its existence.

You can go inside the mansion and admire the beautiful interiors. You can explore the intimate family rooms and admire the beautiful interiors. You can also go down the stairs towards the servant rooms which are sometimes open to the public.

The Mansion is surrounded by parkland which leads to a fourteen-acre serpentine lake. The most iconic place here is the unique walled garden. The kitchen garden has many modern art installations and also has a beautiful Georgian-inspired herb bed, orchards, and vegetable and flower beds.
