Overall experience was excellent.

We had booked 3 rooms of Meru vindhya for 2 nights. Buffet breakfast could have been better. Calling the cab everytime to move from room to restaurant was a bit irritating. Any alternate means can be found and this can be solved. Stay was overall decent, rooms were clean. Jacuzzi in the room might be closed with a glass partition, we didn't use the Jacuzzi as we were scared of monkeys and flies.

Our Java Rain Package booked us an exceptional villa at the resort in Chikmagalur. The spacious room had plenty of space for the three of us to settle comfortably. All meals were included as part of the package as well.

This property is a great place to spend a weekend at, since it is located quite close to many popular attractions and tourist places in Chikmagalur. You can also enjoy taking walks and exploring the coffee plantation during your stay. Every service here is quick, prompt and perfect. The food menu is also extensive, and of good quality. I also enjoyed cycling and archery here. Highly recommended.

The best resort to enjoy a relaxing break in Chikamagalur. I stayed here in Villa Kaffa with my family and had great fun. Food was very tasty, a cozy room, friendly staff, everything was perfect.

Me and my family had visited the Serai Resort for three days during covid. The resort really manages everything well, with all of the safety protocols in place, proper sanitisation and hygiene maintenance. We had a great time at this resort, which is located in a sprawling coffee estate. Our villa was well maintained too, and had a private pool. We also enjoyed the food here.
