Tamborine National Park, on Tamborine Mountain is located at 560 metres above sea level. It is known for its rich biodiversity, natural beauty and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the Gold Coast skyline. Situated in the Gold Coast Hinterlands, Tamborine is Queensland’s first national park and features rocky outcrops, basalt columns, cliffs, lush rainforests and numerous beautiful waterfalls.

2. By Bus: Take a bus to Beenleigh station which is 31.0 km away from the national park. You can reach the destination from the bus station with a 30 minute drive by car via Beaudesert Beenleigh Rd/State Route 92
3. By Train/ metro: Take a train to Ormeau station which is 36.8 km away from the destination. You can reach the park from the train station by taking a car via Beaudesert Beenleigh Rd/State Route 92 and reach in 36 minutes.
Tamborine National Park is a year-round destination and can be visited at any time of the year.

2. Best day in the week: The best day in the week are the weekdays where there is less crowd in the popular destination. While visiting on a weekday, you will be able to enjoy your hike peacefully and can also have a quiet picnic.
