Sydney Tower Overview

How To Reach

By Train - The closest train stations to Sydney Tower are St. James, Town Hall and Martin Place. All these stations are within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Tower.

By Bus - There are various bus stops within walking distance. The nearest ones are George Street, Elizabeth Street and Castlereagh Street. Bus routes 194, 371, 396, 412, 423, 430, 438X, 500X pass through these streets.

By Taxi - If you are taking a cab or an Uber ask the driver to drop you off at the corner of Market and Pitt Street.

VR Tower Coaster Experience

The latest addition to the experiences at Sydney Tower is the VR Pods. This was unveiled as part of the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Sydney Tower in 2021. These VR Pods are places in the Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck where you can view the city from a totally new and different perspective.
