Tough to pen down as I am totally overwhelmed by this amazing trip! I started my research about traveling to Thailand in Oct'25 by watching videos, reading blogs and taking quotes from other companies, however I just felt somewhere something was missing as this was my first time as a solo traveler on an international trip. After reading positive costumer reviews, I decided to take this leap of faith with Thrilophilia after series of discussions. From the start to the end of this trip I was hand held with regards to flights, hotels & other activities, every step was seamlessly handled by Thrilophilia. Booked Malaysia for the family through Thrillophilia. Kuala Lumpur Petronas Towers at night was the first thing we did and it set the mood for the whole trip. Penang food scene was something we did not expect to enjoy as much as we did. Batu Caves was an early morning suggestion by our coordinator that turned out to be a great call. Hotels were good, transfers were on time. No major issues. Good value overall.

It was a very professionally managed tour. The hotels were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and were located at beautiful spots, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We covered both Singapore and Malaysia, and at no point did we feel rushed, the pace of the trip was just perfect. A special thanks to Sakshi for designing our itinerary so thoughtfully. Initially, we wanted to include almost every attraction, but she guided us well by suggesting what to include and what to skip, explaining that covering everything would make the trip hectic. Mumbai ki bheed se door, Thailand ki shanti! I travelled from Mumbai and the transition was so smooth. The Phi Phi island tour was a total paisa vasool experience with crystal clear water and great snorkeling. Thrillophilia's support is actually faster than a Mumbai local train! We had a small issue with the hotel room view upon arrival, but I messaged the support group and it was fixed in 10 minutes flat. Highly impressed with the service.

The floating market tour was a bit of a long drive and quite crowded, but it felt very authentic. The coordination from the Mumbai sales team was excellent from day one.
