Lover's Point is famous for its beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the top of the Sher-ka-Danda ridge. Walk along forest paths that cover 2,000 acres of oak, cedar, pine, and deodar trees. Walking through the estate or onto Benog Wildlife Sanctuary lets you see a lot of different plants and animals, including pheasants, barking deer, Himalayan bears, and 104 other species.
Embark on the Benog Tibba trek, which is 4 to 5 km from Cloud's End, and climb to 2,250 m it is one of the best experiences of trekking in Nainital. Yes, you can park at Bara Pathar. There are benches under the pine trees where people can sit. There are a few vendors who sell snacks, chai, Maggi and roasted corn. The beautiful setting and the food choices make this the perfect place to take a break and relax.
It's only 2–5 km from Mall Road or the bus stand, and it's close to Bara Pathar. You can get there easily by taxi, auto-rickshaw, or shared cab. A short 300-meter walk over rocks with benches in the shade of pine trees leads to stunning views.
