KANAKA DURGA AMMAVARI TEMPLE

The temple houses a beautiful shrine of Goddess Durga, surrounded by astonishing architecture which takes inspiration from Dravidian style. The idol located in the temple premises is regarded as one of the shakti peethas, which are located all over the country. Located atop the Indrakeeladri hills, the temple lies along the banks of the Krishna River.
