Driver was very good. He spoke well and tried to encourage my aunts to see many places. Unfortunately the weather was very hot and they did not want to roam around much. But he actually parked the car and accompanied them in the crowded market. So he was very caring.

Due to a last-minute change in our plans, we had to choose a different location. Our request was accommodated promptly, and alternative options were shown to us. The cab service and overall support were very good.

We really enjoyed our day at WB Studio Tour. This was a last minute added stop on our trip and it didn't disappoint. It is really good value for money and the studio tour part is really great. It was an awesome Kolkata trip arranged by Thrillophillia. The vehicle was in good condition, the driver was polite, courteous and well aware of the routes. He guided us through the city sights very well. All in all, a great experience.
