Location good  Approach road 3km very very bad No activity inside resort No spa, gym  Only some indoor games and basketball court 

Excellent stay at Heritage Resort. The staff were very helpful. Well maintained property. Food options were many and something for all. Car was always available to take us to the restaurant (was with senior citizen so could not walk up hill and down hill). Resort also has a shop selling spices chocolates and other local items. Rates are cheaper than outside in the market. Fully recommend selecting this hotel.

We went to Bison to celebrate my son's birthday. It was an absolute delight to be at Bison. My Kid and his friend has good fun in the resort. Hotel arranged cake for us on request and set up it up Beautifully along with bonfire. Safari guide Vinod was really knowledgeable and gave us lot of insights about wild life. CompleteTeam ensured our safety in all conditions, Staff was polite, neat and well-behaved. Private dining of Little bison tent was cherry on the top. They redefined glamping for me and my family. Thank you team for making it special for us

Great option for a 1 day visit. The pool room is great and the views from the resort are also good. The approach from Bangalore was easy but Google maps will take you through narrow roads, so it is better is to ask locals for direction Breakfast had limited options and was a bit of a letdown. Food (in-room) was of decent quality.

It was refreshing and nice break from busy life

Resort is superb but need to improve a lot on food and the bed provided will be two separate single beds on a single cot instead of providing a queen or king size bed.
