You definitely can, but we don’t recommend it. Network connection is very unreliable outside of Port Blair and, at best, Havelock Island. It’s great for a complete disconnect from your hectic life, but not great if you want to work.
Andaman is more humid than Bangalore. We’d say pack light clothing for your sightseeing. Make sure to carry coral-safe sunscreen so that you don’t accidentally harm the reefs. Additionally, carry some sea-sickness medication just in case.
