The museum is closed on Tuesdays.
Please note that due to ongoing renovations, some rooms of the museum may be closed.
Suitcases and large bags are not allowed in the museum.
You can take photos and videos in the permanent collections exhibition rooms only for personal use. However, you are not allowed to use selfie sticks, flash or lighting.
In the temporary exhibition galleries, it may be prohibited to take photos or videos of certain works.
Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not allowed.
It is not allowed to drink, eat, smoke, make noise, touch artworks, and run around in the exhibition rooms.
Animals are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs or assistance dogs accompanying persons with mobility issues. Proof of need may be required.
The museum is stroller-accessible. However, if the model you have is too large to be allowed in the museum lifts, you can borrow a pram from the museum management under the Pyramid section.
Baby carriers worn on the front of the body, not on the back, are allowed.
Specially-abled people with one companion can enter the museum free of cost. Proof of the same may be required.
Please note that the time slots may be subject to slight variations, and we will allocate a time slot available within a 30-minute window before or after your initial selection.
