Eglise Saint Roch, Paris - 2020 (Photos & Reviews)

About Eglise Saint Roch

One of the biggest churches in Paris, Eglise Saint Roch has witnessed a lot of bullets and fights during the French Revolution. It was partly built under several people which took several decades of construction and destruction as well as a mixed usage of architectural styles.

It showcases some impressive design styles like classic and baroque. Right before the French Revolution, the paintings of major artists were also incorporated in the church. It has some fantastic treasures like the divinely painted choir vault and the Chapel of Virgin, adorned with embossed designs.
