Recapturing Leh-Ladakh It was Manali-Jispa-Sarchu-Leh-NubraValley-Pangong-Leh-Kargil-Srinagar, I was a solo rider with RE Himalayan. In total, my group consists of 22 people and 17 Bikes. It was one hell of a journey. The group, guide, mechanic, truck driver, and the organizer were awesome. They made me feel like family. The Guide whose name is TANI, he is a gentleman and he is excellent in his job. He made it clear that everyone is safe, having fun and not missing out any adventure. I helped every team member a lot with driving & etc. One of the best things about him was he took care of the fact that every bike travel together and no one is left behind. The Mechanic whose name is SHASHI, the mechanic I have seen till now, I haven't seen any damage bike that he can not repair. Throughout the journey, he was the most important person because he took care of our bike and see to it that we do not face any problem. The best things about him were he would check and test every bike every night before the morning ride. The Organiser Jigmet was humble and he took care of everything, from permits to protections. 4 Camps and 4 Hotels, all were very very good. Comfort Stay with unbelievable views. The bike was all-most new and excellent in condition. The journey was full of adventure, bliss, awesomeness and etc. Believe me, I cannot describe this journey into word. I am speechless. Such an amazing bike ride, challenging but with thrill till the end. Make sure that you are prepared to prevent the cold, the rough wind, the altitude sickness etc because even the symptoms of sickness will affect your trip. Khardung La Pass is quite a challenging one, also there are different shorter and longer passes throughout the journey. The service was also nice, not many complaints. The guides will know the place better because they are doing it for long. But still keep the track of the route before you start the trip. The guide was nice to us, keeping everything coordinated. The accommodation and food were also flawless to me.

We started our tour by sightseeing of Manali. After the sight seeing, we rode our bikes on various high-altitude roads, including the Khardungla pass, the world’s highest motorable road which is more than 5600 m, above the sea level. I was all alone, feeling like the king of the road. We got to stopover at lovely lakes, some antic terrains, and peaceful out backs. We drove through there. It was awesome.

Overland Journey to Ladakh was an amazing and an enticing trip to take for anyone. I had a really nice and a very good trip there. It is quite worthy, cheap, and inexpensive deal, which can be taken by anyone without a fear of burning one’ pocket. The trip was awesome. The food, stay places, and the jeep ride were all just awesome. There were no complaints whatsoever at all.

The travel to Ladakh was good. This thing seems a little expensive, but it is highly worthy. To start with it covers a lot of places and two major motorable roads, so the whole package is worth it. This does not involve any physical exertion except of course driving along. That being said, the trip was well planned and nicely done. The co travellers were all too friendly too. I really liked this travel experience a lot. I learnt a lot from this trip. I wish more such trips are done across India.
