Harsh from sales team is very well informed about Kashmir , All the curated properties i asked for was delivered , and the best posssible rooms with view was booked. The specific car i asked was provided , only thing to improve is the cab usage , it seems they follow only fixed transfers and itenary , While the driver was a good person , but i was expecting little more professional.

Best decision to travel from Gurugram in Jan as i want to see kashmir winter at its peak snow and witness the same.
