Kashmir Budget Tour Packages

Reviewed by Thrillophilia Kashmir Operations Team

Updated as of May 2026

Kashmir budget tour packages in 2026 start from approximately INR 11,500 per person for a 4N/5D land-only trip, while flight-inclusive packages from major Indian cities generally begin around INR 24,000 to INR 36,000 per person, depending on season, route, and booking window. A real budget for a Kashmir trip works only when travellers understand what is included in that price and what trade-offs help keep the trip affordable without making it rushed or uncomfortable.

Budget Kashmir travel packages tend to manage expenses by opting for less expensive accommodations like basic hotels or guest houses, shorter route planning, fewer hotel changes, and some paid activities rather than packing all luxury activities into a package. The biggest savings usually come from practical stay choices in Srinagar, disciplined transport planning, and travelling during value-focused shoulder periods instead of peak snow or holiday demand.

Thrillophilia’s Kashmir budget tour packages are trusted by thousands of travellers every year, with an average rating of 4.7/5 among several happy travellers. Our Kashmir operations team works with local transport partners, guesthouse owners, houseboat operators, and destination experts to create practical itineraries that balance sightseeing, comfort, and realistic pricing. Instead of promising unrealistically low headline prices, the packages are designed around what a workable Kashmir trip actually costs in 2026.

Kashmir Budget Tour Packages - 2026 Overview and Price Range

A budget Kashmir trip does not mean compromising the entire experience. It simply means prioritising route efficiency, practical stays, and selected activities over luxury-heavy planning. In 2026, most travellers planning a Kashmir budget trip usually fall into three broad price categories, depending on trip style and inclusions.

Budget Packages (Land Only)

  • 4 Nights 5 Days: Starting from INR 11,500 per adult
  • Inclusions: Hotel stays, sightseeing transfers, selected meals, airport pickup and drop

Mid-Range Packages (Land Only)

  • 5 Nights 6 Days: Starting from INR 18,000 to INR 26,000 per adult
  • Inclusions: Better-positioned hotels, more sightseeing coverage, most meals, one shikara ride

Flight-Inclusive Packages

  • 5 Nights 6 Days with flights from major Indian cities: Starting from INR 24,000 to INR 36,000 per adult
  • Inclusions: Return airfare, hotel, transfers, and core sightseeing

Customer Insights

Tourists must also realise that many affordable packages do not account for certain necessary expenses such as Gondola charges, horse rides, sightseeing unions, renting of winter clothing, and room upgradation packages. The better Kashmir travel package budget will make it clear right from the beginning, as these expenses are manageable and should be known beforehand, rather than coming as unpleasant surprises on the trip.

What a Budget Kashmir Trip Actually Includes

A budget package generally includes:

  • Simple hotel, guesthouse, or homestay accommodation
  • Shared or efficiently planned private transfers
  • Airport pickup and drop
  • Daily breakfast and selected meals
  • Sightseeing across one or two major valleys
  • A 4N/5D or 5N/6D route shape
  • One signature experience, like a shikara ride or a Gondola visit

What it usually does not include:

  • Multiple luxury houseboat nights
  • Premium lake-facing resorts everywhere
  • Every paid adventure activity
  • Unlimited local sightseeing loops
  • Peak snow-season travel at low prices
  • Extensive offbeat valley coverage

A budget Kashmir trip is not about making Kashmir cheap at any cost. It is about choosing the right route, season, and stay style so the trip stays affordable without becoming rushed or disappointing.

Thrillophilia’s Kashmir operations teams often guide travellers to spend consciously on one memorable experience instead of stretching the budget across too many paid activities. For many travellers, a single houseboat night or one Gondola experience creates more value than continuously upgrading every hotel or adding excessive sightseeing.

Land-Only vs Flight-Inclusive Kashmir Budget

Many travellers searching for Kashmir budget tour packages compare prices online without realising that some packages include flights, while others cover only the land portion. This creates major confusion around what a Kashmir trip actually costs.

A land-only package usually includes accommodation, local transport, sightseeing, and selected meals after arrival in Srinagar. Flights or train travel to Kashmir are booked separately. These packages work well for travellers who already have airline points, flexible travel dates, or nearby departure cities with cheaper fares.

A 4N/5D land-only Kashmir budget package in 2026 generally falls between INR 11,500 and INR 19,500 per person, depending on stay style and route. A 5N/6D land-only package usually ranges between INR 16,000 and INR 24,000 for budget travellers.

Flight-inclusive Kashmir packages combine airfare with land arrangements. These are usually easier for first-time travellers because airport transfers, hotel coordination, and travel timings become more streamlined under one booking. However, airfare volatility significantly changes final pricing.

A realistic 5N/6D flight-inclusive Kashmir budget trip in 2026 generally starts around INR 24,000 to INR 36,000 per person from major Indian cities if booked with enough lead time. Prices rise sharply during the April Tulip season, the December snow demand, the New Year weeks, and the summer school holidays.

Thrillophilia Traveller Note:

Niharika Mehta from Mumbai, who booked the Classic Kashmir package, rated the experience 4.5/5 and mentioned, “The itinerary was planned honestly around what was practical within our budget. The team clearly explained which local sightseeing and Gondola costs were extra before the trip itself, which helped us plan better.”

Which Kashmir Route Shapes Work Best on a Budget

Not every Kashmir itinerary works well for budget travellers. One of the biggest reasons costs rise unnecessarily is excessive movement between too many valleys in too little time.

4N/5D Budget Kashmir Route

For first-time travellers coming to Kashmir, a 4N/5D tour is the simplest budget option available. The best route combinations usually include:

  • Srinagar + Gulmarg
  • Srinagar + Pahalgam

This helps to eliminate hotel changes, keep transfers short, and allow tourists to spend more money on memorable activities rather than constant travelling. Srinagar makes a good base city as it combines all attractions such as Dal Lake, gardens, cuisine, shopping, and sightseeing opportunities in one place.

5N/6D Classic Budget Kashmir Route

This route is especially popular among travellers booking Kashmir packages for couple trips because it balances sightseeing, scenic stays, and manageable travel time. Travellers wanting a fuller Kashmir experience without pushing into premium territory, Srinagar + Gulmarg + Pahalgam remains the strongest route structure. This balance allows travellers to experience lakes, valleys, gardens, and one snow-focused destination without overspending on additional movement.

Most Thrillophilia travellers booking budget Kashmir packages choose this format because it gives variety while still staying manageable within a realistic budget range.

6N/7D Kashmir Routes

Longer Kashmir itineraries work only when travellers accept a higher transport and accommodation budget. Sonamarg, offbeat valleys, or slower scenic pacing can improve the experience, but the trip should no longer be marketed as the cheapest meaningful Kashmir format.

A stronger budget itinerary tells travellers what to leave out instead of pretending every famous destination can comfortably fit into one low-cost package.

Sample Budget Itineraries

4 Nights 5 Days - Srinagar and Gulmarg Budget Route

Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar. Check into your hotel. Evening shikara ride on Dal Lake. Walk around Lal Chowk or try wazwan at a local restaurant near the old city.

Day 2: Morning trip to the Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, which are both maintained by the Jammu & Kashmir state government and can be visited without paying an entry fee. Afternoon excursion to Shankaracharya Temple, from where one can enjoy the city view and lake view.

Day 3: Full day at Gulmarg. The drive from Srinagar takes about 2 hours. Take the Gulmarg Gondola (Phase 1 goes to Kongdori at around 3,050 metres, Phase 2 reaches Apharwat at 3,980 metres). In winter, the slopes here are used for skiing and are managed by the Jammu and Kashmir Cable Car Corporation. Return to Srinagar by evening.

Day 4: Day trip to Sonmarg, the meadow of gold, situated at 2,730 metres above sea level. Stop at Thajiwas Glacier for a quick nature walk. Return to Srinagar by evening.

Day 5: Morning free for shopping at the local handicrafts market. Pick up Kashmiri pashmina, saffron, or dry fruits. Transfer to Srinagar airport for departure.

5 Nights 6 Days - Classic Budget Route: Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam

Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar. Check in, rest, and explore the Dal Lake boulevard in the evening.

Day 2: Mughal Gardens and local city sightseeing, including Hazratbal Shrine and Jama Masjid in the old city.

Day 3: Drive to Gulmarg (about 56 km from Srinagar). Gondola ride, meadow walk, and return to Srinagar.

Day 4: Drive to Pahalgam (about 97 km). Check into your hotel. Evening walk along the Lidder River.

Day 5: Visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari. Local union taxis operate these routes, and fares are fixed by the Pahalgam tourism authority. Afternoon free at leisure.

Day 6: Drive back to Srinagar. Airport or railway station transfer for departure.

This is the most popular budget format among Thrillophilia travellers and covers the best of the valley without adding unnecessary movement cost.

Best Time to Visit Kashmir - Month-by-Month Price Logic

Kashmir pricing changes sharply depending on snow demand, Tulip season, family holidays, pilgrimage traffic, and flight availability.

April to June

This is one of the most popular periods for Kashmir travel because weather conditions remain comfortable and accessibility remains high. Tulip season in April and school holiday demand in May and June push flight and hotel prices upward.

Although this period offers beautiful landscapes and easier sightseeing, it is not always the strongest value period for budget travellers.

July to August

Contrary to many generic travel pages, Kashmir does not automatically become cheap during these months. Summer domestic travel demand, the Amarnath Yatra movement, and holiday traffic often keep pricing relatively elevated in key tourist zones.

Travellers may still find selective hotel deals during certain windows, but calling this the universal low season would be misleading.

September to October

This is one of the best value periods for Kashmir budget packages. The scenery remains beautiful, crowds reduce slightly compared to peak summer, and flight pricing often becomes more manageable.

Autumn colours in Srinagar and Pahalgam also create a calmer atmosphere without the heavy pricing pressure of peak spring demand.

November to Early December

Early winter shoulder periods often provide some of the strongest budget value if travellers are comfortable with colder weather. Hotel pressure drops, tourist density reduces, and some flight routes become more affordable.

However, travellers should keep expectations realistic regarding weather conditions and occasional accessibility changes.

Peak Snow Demand

Late December and January attract heavy snow-focused tourism demand, especially in Gulmarg. While the snow experience becomes stronger, budget pricing weakens considerably because hotel rates, transport, and winter activities rise sharply.

According to Thrillophilia’s Kashmir booking trends, September, October, and softer early winter periods often provide the strongest balance between scenery, comfort, and realistic pricing for budget-conscious travellers.

How to Reach Kashmir on a Budget

As of May 2026, Srinagar’s official district information confirms that the region is connected by air, rail via the USBRL network, and NH-44 road connectivity. Choosing the cheapest route, however, is not always the same as choosing the best-value route overall.

By Air

Advance-booked flights to Srinagar usually provide the best value for most 4N/5D and 5N/6D Kashmir travellers. While flights may initially appear expensive compared to train tickets, they save significant time, reduce fatigue, and prevent extra overnight transit costs.

Travellers booking at least 45 to 60 days in advance often secure better flight pricing, especially for shoulder-season travel.

By Rail and Road Combination

Budget-focused travellers sometimes choose train routes to Jammu, followed by road transfers to Srinagar. This can reduce direct transport expenses but significantly increases travel time.

The route works better for backpackers, students, or travellers prioritising savings over convenience. Families and senior travellers often find the additional movement exhausting once hotel, food, and transfer expenses are added.

By Road

Road travel mainly suits nearby-origin travellers or those planning larger North India circuits. Self-drive routes require additional time buffers because weather and traffic conditions can change quickly in the region.

The cheapest Kashmir entry is not always the best budget decision if it adds an extra day of movement, additional hotel costs, or heavy fatigue that affects the overall trip experience.

Budget Stays in Kashmir - Hotels, Guesthouses, Homestays and Houseboats

Accommodation style is one of the biggest factors shaping the final Kashmir trip budget. A good budget package explains stay trade-offs clearly instead of automatically pushing premium stays.

Srinagar Hotels and Guesthouses

Simple Srinagar hotels and guesthouses are often the strongest value option for budget travellers. They provide convenient city access, easier food availability, and practical connectivity for sightseeing.

Travellers staying in central Srinagar often spend less on continuous local transfers compared to isolated premium properties.

Homestays

Homestays work well for couples, friend groups, and younger travellers looking for controlled costs and local hospitality. Many budget travellers prefer homestays because meals, guidance, and local support become more personalised.

Houseboats

Houseboats remain one of Kashmir’s iconic experiences, but they should be treated as a selective splurge rather than a mandatory budget inclusion.

For many travellers, one carefully chosen houseboat night creates enough experience value without dramatically increasing overall trip cost. Spending multiple nights on premium houseboats can quickly stretch a controlled budget itinerary.

Gulmarg and Pahalgam Stays

Accommodation pricing in Gulmarg and Pahalgam changes sharply depending on season and hotel location. Budget travellers often stay slightly away from premium-view clusters to reduce costs while still accessing major sightseeing areas.

Thrillophilia Expert Tip:

Many budget-conscious travellers now prefer spending more nights in Srinagar and limiting expensive hill-station hotel stays. This often creates a better balance between sightseeing variety and practical spending.

Top Places to Visit in Kashmir on a Budget

Based on verified Thrillophilia booking reviews, post-trip traveller feedback, and recommendations shared by visitors to Kashmir, these are the destinations most travellers suggest to include in your itinerary.

Srinagar

Srinagar tour packages are especially preferred by budget-conscious travellers because the city combines sightseeing, shopping, food, and lake experiences in one location. Dal Lake, Mughal Gardens, local markets, old-city food exploration, and lakeside walks can all be experienced without continuous expensive activity spending.

Because Srinagar also works as a central transit base, travellers reduce unnecessary hotel movement costs.

Gulmarg

Gulmarg tour packages offer a variety of experiences, such as the Gondola experience, snow activities, and scenic meadow excursions. However, travellers should not assume Gulmarg itself is a cheap destination once winter gear rentals, local transport, and activity expenses are added.

Pahalgam

Pahalgam tour packages are often chosen by travellers looking for slower-paced valley landscapes and riverside stays. Budget travellers should actively filter out optional local loops and pony rides, as costs can add up quickly with multiple add-ons.

Sonamarg

Sonamarg tour packages work best as an optional extension rather than a compulsory stop in entry-level budget Kashmir packages. Travellers with shorter durations often receive better value by focusing on Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam instead of overextending the route.

Best Things to Do in Kashmir on a Budget

Dal Lake and Boulevard Walks

One of the simplest and most rewarding low-cost experiences in Kashmir is spending time around Dal Lake. Morning walks along Boulevard Road, local tea stalls, and evening lakeside views create strong experiences without major spending.

Mughal Garden Circuit

The Mughal Gardens provide one of the best value sightseeing circuits in Srinagar. Entry fees remain relatively manageable, and the gardens combine history, landscaping, and mountain views in a single day route.

One Shikara Ride

Instead of repeatedly spending on multiple premium activities, many travellers prefer selecting one well-timed shikara experience during sunrise or sunset.

Gulmarg Gondola

The Gondola remains one of Kashmir’s signature experiences. Budget travellers should treat it as their major paid splurge rather than continuously adding smaller expensive activities throughout the trip.

Old Srinagar Market Exploration

Exploring old Srinagar’s markets, bakeries, cafés, and handicraft lanes often provides stronger cultural value than continuously stacking paid sightseeing loops.

Hidden Costs That Push a Kashmir Trip Out of Budget

One of the biggest reasons travellers exceed their Kashmir budget is hidden local spending that was never planned properly beforehand.

Local Sightseeing Add-Ons

Destinations like Pahalgam often involve additional local sightseeing unions or separate transport requirements for internal valley routes. Travellers assuming every transfer is already included sometimes face unexpected spending.

Pony Rides and Helpers

At several tourist points, travellers may feel pressured into hiring pony services or local guides even for shorter movements. Families and senior travellers should especially budget for this possibility.

Gondola Upgrades and Snow Activities

Many travellers initially budget only for base transport but later add Gondola upgrades, skiing, snow bikes, or photography services on the spot. These additional expenses quickly raise the final trip cost.

Winter Clothing Rentals

Snow-season travellers often underestimate jacket, boot, glove, and thermal rental expenses, especially in Gulmarg.

Food Inflation in Tourist Zones

Restaurants around premium tourist clusters often charge substantially more compared to local Srinagar dining areas. Families eating exclusively in tourist-heavy spots usually notice a meaningful cost jump over multiple days.

Pahalgam and Gulmarg are not only scenic destinations. They can become budget traps if travellers assume every local ride, activity, or sightseeing extension is automatically covered inside the package price.

Money-Saving Tips That Actually Work

  • The most effective Kashmir budget planning usually comes from a smarter route and spending discipline rather than aggressively cutting every expense.
  • Choose one core paid experience instead of trying every famous activity. For some travellers, this may be the Gulmarg Gondola. For others, it may be a houseboat stay or a premium valley excursion.
  • Keep Srinagar as your main base. Day trips from there are cheaper than changing hotels every night.
  • Avoid overbuilt itineraries covering every major valley in a limited time. Excessive movement increases both spending and fatigue.
  • Compare the emotional value of a houseboat stay against practical hotel comfort. Many travellers now choose one houseboat night instead of shifting their full itinerary toward premium lake stays.
  • Book flights early for shoulder-value months instead of chasing last-minute peak-season travel. Waiting too long often destroys budget planning completely during Kashmir’s high-demand periods.
  • Avoid spending heavily at every scenic stop simply because the destination feels special. Controlled daily spending matters more in Kashmir than many travellers initially expect.

Thrillophilia Traveller Note:

Aakash Jain from Bangalore, who booked the Budget Kashmir Escape with Gulmarg, rated the experience 5/5 and mentioned, “The biggest help was that the itinerary stayed realistic. We skipped unnecessary local loops and focused on Srinagar and Gulmarg properly instead of trying to cover every valley in one short trip.”

Why Travellers Trust Thrillophilia for Budget Kashmir Trips

Budget Honesty

A better Kashmir package makes it clear where savings can be made and where cost-cutting results in an inferior experience. Simpler stays, tighter route planning, and selective experiences help maintain value without feeling heavy on the pockets. Exclusions are stated clearly before booking, not discovered on the ground.

Route Discipline

Budget trips in Kashmir depend heavily on the right route logic and local coordination because weather, traffic, and sightseeing access can change quickly. Thrillophilia works with local drivers, guesthouse owners, houseboat operators, and regional support teams to keep itineraries practical according to current ground conditions.

Exclusion Clarity

Across the Thrillophilia Kashmir booking, the most common complaints travellers face in Kashmir are unexpected on-ground spending. Optional spends like Gondola upgrades, local sightseeing loops, pony rides, and snow activities are explained transparently so travellers can plan realistically before departure.

Season Realism

Kashmir pricing changes dramatically across the snow season, the Tulip season, and summer holidays. Thrillophilia’s operations teams help travellers identify better-value travel windows instead of promising unrealistic year-round low pricing.

Data Led Planning

Thrillophilia’s itineraries are planned based on booking data from various budget travellers across categories such as couples, groups, and families, and on what helped them save on their trips, such as hotels, timing, and other factors.

What Makes the Prices Go up

The four biggest variables shaping the Kashmir trip cost remain:

  • flight timing
  • route length
  • stay style
  • season
  • private versus shared transport

At Thrillophilia, itineraries are built by people who have done these routes on the ground. Our destination experts discuss these factors, understand your preferences, and work to make expenses manageable without compromising your experience. For example, you are a couple travelling to Kashmir who can choose shared transfers instead of private and this way you can spend on a better stay experience. These packages are customised to suit your travelling preferences by offering you everything you are looking for in your trip within your budget.

Thrillophilia Kashmir Expert Tip:

Travellers planning Kashmir on a controlled budget often receive better overall value by focusing on one valley deeply instead of treating the trip like a rapid checklist of every famous location.

Kashmir Budget Tours FAQs

How much does a budget Kashmir trip cost in 2026?

Budget Kashmir tour packages start at approximately INR 11,444 per adult for a land-only 4-night 5-day trip. A 5-night 6-day package with flights from major Indian cities usually begins around INR 24,000 per adult, depending on the departure city, travel season, and booking window.

Is INR 15,000 per person realistic for a Kashmir trip?

Yes, INR 15,000 per person is realistic for a land-only Kashmir trip with basic hotel stays and a compact itinerary. However, this budget generally does not include flights, Gondola tickets, or a houseboat stay. Many travellers choose to add a premium experience separately.

Are flights included in the budget Kashmir packages?

Not always. Many Kashmir budget packages are land-only, which means flights are charged separately. Thrillophilia also provides packages with flight inclusions; it is important to check the inclusions carefully before booking. Customised packages allow you to add flights as an add-on.

How many days are enough for a budget Kashmir trip?

A 5-night 6-day itinerary is considered the most practical option for a balanced Kashmir trip, covering Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam comfortably. A shorter 4-night 5-day itinerary works better for travellers focusing only on Srinagar and Gulmarg or travelling on a stricter budget.

Which month is the cheapest to visit Kashmir?

Late September to October and February to mid-March usually offer the best value for budget travellers. These months often have lower hotel prices and better flight deals. April, during tulip season, summer holidays between June and August, and peak snowfall months in December and January are generally more expensive.

Is a houseboat stay worth it on a budget trip?

Yes, one night in a houseboat is worth considering for the overall Kashmir experience. However, multiple nights can increase the trip cost significantly. Many budget travellers prefer staying in hotels while enjoying a shikara ride on Dal Lake instead.

What are the hidden costs during a Kashmir trip?

Common extra expenses include union taxis in Pahalgam, Gondola tickets in Gulmarg, pony rides, winter clothing rentals, and meals in tourist-heavy areas. Keeping an additional budget of around INR 3,000 to INR 5,000 per person for such expenses is usually recommended.

Is Sonamarg necessary in a budget itinerary?

No, Sonamarg is optional for a first-time budget Kashmir trip. While it is known for glacier views and scenic valleys, visiting Sonamarg increases transportation costs and usually requires an additional day. For most travellers planning a 5-night 6-day itinerary, Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam already provide a well-rounded Kashmir experience within a manageable budget.

Is Kashmir safe for solo travellers and families?

Yes, Kashmir continues to remain one of India’s most visited mountain destinations for families, couples, and solo travellers. Tourist areas such as Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam receive large volumes of domestic travellers throughout the year and are supported by active tourism operations. Travellers are still advised to follow local guidelines, avoid isolated areas late at night, and stay updated with official travel advisories for added safety.

Can Kashmir and Ladakh be combined in one budget trip?

It is possible to combine Kashmir and Ladakh in a single itinerary, but it significantly increases both budget and trip duration. A comfortable combined trip usually requires at least 10 to 12 days. For travellers visiting the region for the first time on a limited budget, exploring Kashmir separately is often the better option.

Our Kashmir trip with Thrillophilia was beautifully arranged. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and the team planned it keeping everyone in mind. The houseboat experience on Dal Lake was something the children still talk about the shikara vendors coming alongside in the morning, the Kashmiri woodwork inside, the mountain views from the balcony. Gulmarg and Pahalgam were equally well covered. Our driver was excellent. Thank you to the Thrillophilia team.

April in Kashmir turned out to be the best timing decision we made. The Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden was in full bloom, easily 20 lakh tulips across the terraced slopes with the Zabarwan Range as the backdrop. We took a shikara at 6am when the Dal Lake was perfectly still and reflected the surrounding mountains. Pahalgam meadows were bright green after winter and the Betaab Valley was uncrowded at that time of year. Our houseboat host arranged a Wazwan dinner on the last evening that we are still talking about. The Thrillophilia coordinator had suggested April specifically for the tulip season and it was exactly right. Zero complaints.

Although I have already done Amarnath Yatra twice, my heart still craved for more. This time I opted for a 5 days family tour to Kashmir that offered us a combo of Yatra and sightseeing of Sonamarg and Srinagar. This tour of Thrillophilia provided us with comfortable stays, a driver cum guide, transfers, and meals (breakfast & dinner), making our trip full of conveniences. On the first day, the driver picked us from the airport and drove straight to our pre-booked hotel in Sonamarg. We enjoyed horse riding to Thajiwas Glacier and also explored the local market. The Amarnath Helicopter Package offered by Thrillophilia however, not only proved to be extremely fun, but also completely safe. Everything included in the package- from the travel arrangements to the accommodation at hotels- was done keeping all COVID precautions in mind. Besides, the fantastic itinerary was reason enough to book the tour. The tour started at Sonamarg in Srinagar; a place famed for its ‘golden meadows’. We were a group of ten in total. Some of us decided to take a horseback ride to the Thajiwas Glacier, while others tried white water rafting. In the evening, some of us ventured out to explore the markets of Srinagar on foot....
