They treat you like their own, this is the highest compliment that i think i can pay to a travel company. The booking process was smooth where all the questions were answered promptly and expectations were set as per the trip, Spiti valley in this case. Fast forward to the start of the trip, where all the instructions were shared promptly and well in advance. The tour guide, James and the driver Happy ji were gems. All the arrangements were quite good. We had to take a decision to change our stay for a night due to bad weather and traffic in the area, these folks managed to secure first class accomodation in the small time they had. So far the review looks golden, right, for a trip that's going on with minimal hiccups. I started suffering from the altitude sickness in the trip, i informed my guide who was equipped with a SpO2 meter. He took my readings and promptly took to the local hospital where the doctor recommended being admitted overnight. Now this is like a bad dream come true, hospilatized far away from your loved ones at 12,500 feet. Thanks to James, Happy, Aashima and Sunil ji, i didn't feel that fear. While our guide stayed the night with me at the hotel, the team promptly helped us with transportation and stays so that we could descend to lower altitude and start the recovery process. Just like family, they didn't just stop at just the bookings, but they kept on check and following up, making sure that I was well. It's the people who make a company, and Thrilophillia have the best!

Everything executed as per itinerary. Behaviour of guide and driver was good and were experienced. Having a memorabe journey with thrillophilia and with the other guyz as well.

Guides were great. Handled smoothly. Behaviour was excellent. Gem of a person. They didn't let ruin the tour as few wanted to change groups in between. Excellent coordination. And several beautiful places covered.

Even though people came from different parts of the country, including the South, it never felt like separate groups. We all trekked together like one team, and that made the experience even more special. I would also like to appreciate our coordinator, Charlie. We were delayed while reaching the starting point at Jobra, Manali, but the team patiently waited for us and ensured we could still join the trek without any issues. That level of understanding and support meant a lot. Overall, this was another wonderful experience with Thrillophilia. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making every trip enjoyable are truly commendable. I have created memories that I'll cherish forever, and I'll definitely continue choosing Thrillophilia for my future adventures. Highly recommended!
