Naldehra Golf Course Overview

The Naldehra Golf Course is located in the outskirts of Shimla, and is one of the oldest golf courses in the country. The golf course was established in the 1890s by Lord Curzon and was named after his daughter Alexandra Naldehra.

This comes after he was impressed with the sheer beauty this place offered. This golf course has 18 holes and is apt for both beginners and seasoned golf players. So if you are a beginner, you can take a basic training course by paying a nominal fee before you start playing here. The golf course is maintained by the Tourism Department of the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Even if you are planning not to spend a day but planning a long stay, the golf course comes with accommodation. There is also a restaurant that serves delicious food with the best views of the Himalayan mountains. Either way you are assured of a memorable time by playing golf and staying in the premises.
