Driver Rakesh was very knowledgeable about the locations because of that we could able to cover everything. Car was very clean & the driving was excellent. Room view was excellent & service was good.

I had a wonderful experience on my trip to Spiti Valley. Planning a solo trip can be hard, but Hariom and Mahika from the Operations Team was very helpful, answering to all my queries right from the start and keeping me informed about updates. During the trip the in-house team was very supportive, the group in whole was awesome. Special shoutout to Bunty and Sunny, the driver of the vehicles, part of the crew, whose driving skills were so good that I was not anxious the entire time, given the type of roads and terrains Spiti has to offer. All the locations were beautiful, and the itinerary was covered well. There were some items that could have been better which would have made this trip perfect. Firstly, the food included in the package could have been better, although the expectations from my end were not much, but in the places that have a lot of good food options to offer, e.g. in Manali and Kaza where the restaurants/cafes are excellent, but the meals in the stay provided is not upto the mark, ending up eating out or skipping the meal a lot of times. The other point that I wanted to highlight was around the detailed knowledge of the places in the itinerary. As a tour operator, the person should be aware of the open timings, ideal time to reach there and spend, and consequences if there is a delay, so that the person can make an informed decision. The tour guide, Pradeep, did a great job in handling a group of 18 people with different needs and priority, but still needs a bit more experience to deal with complex situations and demands. As a package Thrillophilia offered, it covered a lot of places, which is rare in package providers, so really happy with the arrangements. Made a lot of memories, and some friends. Highly recommended, if you are going for a thrill and a time of your life, and not let minor external factors affect you.

Driver was good and knew all the places quite well. Car provided was Mahindra Xylo which was pretty suitable for off roading. Coming to the stays, Mountain Green Villa at Manali was ok, but could have been better. Norboling Guest House at Kaza was excellent. The host there was so kind and generous and the facilities and views were great too. Camps at Sissu were ok. Only 1 glitch was there.......we weren't provided camps at Chandrataal because of lack of availability, instead we were given camps at Sissu. This made the last day of the journey very hectic. Overall, the trip was costly but the experience was really great and well organized and managed.
