Know Before You Go
- 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
- The provided transfer will be available till 8 PM only.
- Please note that the driver might turn off the vehicle’s ACs while driving in hilly areas to optimise engine performance.
- Any deviation from the planned route of the vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on a per kilometre basis.
- Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- It is recommended to carry essential medicines, including those for altitude sickness.
- Kindly consider packing refillable water bottles and energy-rich snacks.
- It is recommended that you Include at least one warm layer for unpredictable mountain weather.
- In case of heavy snowfall, if the vehicle needs to be upgraded to 4x4 then the difference amount will be borne by the customer.
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of the package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicles.
- If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from the point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the stay property will be charged at actuals.
- While card payments are becoming increasingly accepted, remote areas may have limited options. Please carry a mix of cash and cards for emergencies.
- Please note that prices are dynamic and may change in the peak season and on blackout dates (special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Year’s, etc).
- Kindly do not litter and help keep the destinations clean.
- Images are only for representation purposes.
- Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
- ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of booking, and upon arrival. PAN Card will not be considered as a valid identity proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as a proof of identity.
