- 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers found littering may be fined.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover are not a part of the package.
- The vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
- Any meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not included in the package.
- ACs don't work in hilly areas as the climate is moderate. Driving on hilly roads can be challenging, so the driver may switch off the AC for safety.
- Properties are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in a property of similar category.
- Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid identity proof.
- Prices might vary on blackout dates (special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Years, etc). In order to get the best rates for these days you can connect with us directly.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the stay property will be charged at actuals.
- Personal expenses like couriers, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e., severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- In case a traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
