Both of them were extremely supportive, responsive, and professional throughout the situation. Despite the multiple clauses mentioned in the itinerary, they handled our case with a very empathetic and customer-friendly approach. They promptly coordinated with the airline, tried multiple options to arrange an alternative flight, and continuously updated us. Most importantly, they rescheduled our entire land package without hassle until we finally reached Kashmir and also helped us book the earliest possible flight.
