Riverside Camping in Chikmagalur

Food was great.

Overall experience was great. Plenty of activities to keep kids occupied. We did kayaking, trekking, rain dance, zip lining and relaxed at the camp fire later in the night toasting marshmallow and staring at the starry sky. The creek that runs by the campsite is very accessible and is a major attraction. The tents were good, but pillows were a bit old and used. The staff was generally good, but special shoutout to Mr. Ganesh who was very courteous, accommodative and extremely hard working. The food was tasty, but was missing variety. Wifi can be spotty. The place is clean. In general, I would love to return to camp here again!

Went with my cousin's family (with a 7th standard kid - 2yrs kids were in the camp). The bedding within the camp was good. The camps are set on a platform and not on ground to protect during rain and from wild animals it seems. Food was very good. The hospitality was superb. Since this is the first time camping for my cousin's was a little skeptical but all went well. Spent a lot of time kayaking, swimming in river near by, playing sports like cricket badminton, (including cards that we took), zipline.
