Just wrapped up our Japan trip, and it truly turned out to be one of those experiences you look back on and feel was worth every bit of time and money spent. We had booked the trip through Thrillophilia, and overall, the planning and arrangements were smooth and thoughtfully done. A special mention to Kartik, who helped us build and finalize our itinerary. His recommendations were spot on- especially the Ryokan stay in Kyoto, which ended up being one of the best stays of our trip. What stood out the most was his consistency in support. He was available throughout, patiently addressing even the smallest queries. In fact, he turned out to be more helpful than the designated customer support POC at times, which honestly made a big difference when you’re navigating a new country. All in all, the experience with Thrillophilia was seamless, and it played a big role in making our Japan trip as enjoyable and stress-free as it was.

Thank you Thrillophilia for the excellent arrangements made for hotels, vehicles and all train and entry tickets. The itinerary was comprehensive, the vans/cars were in excellent condition, the Hiroshima trip was finely coordinated, the Guide was excellent. We have special appreciation for the Van driver who took us to Nikko. He was very courteous, cooperative and patient as we were stuck in a traffic jam.

It was overall very good experience. From visa assistance, hotel bookings, various day trips, airport transfers everything was delivered as planned and on time. We had no reason to call customer support for anything during our trip . Customer support called us in frequent intervals to check if we had any difficulties. We were able to enjoy our Japan trip smooth without any tension . Thank you Thrillophilia team for making our Japan trip such a memorable one ☺️

Excellent team support, I was apprehensive since this was our first customised foreign trip, but from trip planning, booking air ticket, visa and on trip constant feedback calls..everything was excellent.Really appreciated. Have to mention Sagar from booking department, Vidhi from trip support, and shahrukh from visa team. I was touched by their polite approach and efficiency. As i said this was a customised trip from our end..so from beginning they kept their word, forwarding every communication all the way.Thank you thrillophilia , hope to plan with you again.

I usually plan trips myself but for Japan I didn't want unnecessary stress. Thrillophilia helped a lot with transport guidance and local planning before departure itself. That support genuinely helped once we reached there because Japan can feel confusing initially.
