This was my first time booking with Thrillophilia and I must say I am mostly content with the entire experience. The tickets were considerably cheaper than most other options which was very pleasant. The park was quite empty which was lucky for us and the weather was great too, not going over 28°C the entire day with no rain, either. Staff did not seem confused about the Thrillophobia tickets and we were effortlessly able to get into the park. The reason for my 4-star review, however, is that Thrillophobia charged my credit card an extra 100 yen per ticket. It was only 100 per ticket so nothing really worth losing sleep over, but I would have prefered it if the full price was displayed BEFORE buying. Overall great experience and I would recommend Thrillophobia to friends and family.

We enjoyed it throughout the trip. Thrilophilia service is excellent and they provided everything according to their commitments though our trip was totally customised and private .
