Just wrapped up our Japan trip, and it truly turned out to be one of those experiences you look back on and feel was worth every bit of time and money spent. We had booked the trip through Thrillophilia, and overall, the planning and arrangements were smooth and thoughtfully done. A special mention to Kartik, who helped us build and finalize our itinerary. His recommendations were spot on- especially the Ryokan stay in Kyoto, which ended up being one of the best stays of our trip. What stood out the most was his consistency in support. He was available throughout, patiently addressing even the smallest queries. In fact, he turned out to be more helpful than the designated customer support POC at times, which honestly made a big difference when you’re navigating a new country. All in all, the experience with Thrillophilia was seamless, and it played a big role in making our Japan trip as enjoyable and stress-free as it was.

Thank you Thrillophilia for the excellent arrangements made for hotels,vehicles and all train and entry tickets. The itinerary was comprehensive, the vans/cars were in excellent condition,the Hiroshima trip was finely coordinated,the Guide was excellent. We have special appreciation for the Van driver who took us to Nikko. He was very courteous,cooperative and patient as we were stuck in a traffic jam.
