Hi Team, We had booked our flights through thrillophillia for our Kenya trip. While we did recently discover that the return flights were cancelled by the carrier themselves, we informed the same to Vivek and he was able to help with the refund (the amount is yet to be processed) by working with the flight team and provide us with alternate options for the return. Vivek was prompt, always available to provide information before/during the trip. He had also followed up with us during the trip and ensured that the trip went safely.

We had booked the Kenya tour package with Thrillophilia which included the stay, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and game drives at National Amboseli park, Lake Naivasha, Masaai Maara. We went as a family of 6 people, each of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay, game drives. Being vegetarian, we were so thankful to the team for arranging vegetarian food in all the stays. The hotel has nice views (facing lakes and maara river) and experience was amazing. Special mention to Peter, our tour guide, who provided excellent guidance during game drives, spotting animals, explaining their habitat and lifestyle. He also made us feel very comfortable during the drives ensuring safety. Special mention to Vivekanandha , who helped us with providing other travel information, arranging visa letters and itinerary. Vivekanandha followed up every day to ensure that we were comfortable with the trip. Overall, the trip went smoothly without hiccups and we enjoyed very well. I would also like to thank and mention Aditya, Mrigendra for helping us with the flight booking and the trip booking, providing all the useful information to make the decision and working on the payment parts to ensure that we could make the payment at ease. Thank you team!

Had a wonderful time on our trip to Nairobi and Maasai Mara and Lake Naivasha. Everything was so well organised and the local travel partners did a great job. Tushar and Mrigendra were very helpful in helping us plan this trip and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. We had a lovely time
