Considered as one of the most historic sites in Kannur, the St. Angelo Fort was constructed by the first Portuguese viceroy of India. The fort is triangular in shape appears as a massive yet magnificent structure standing at the helm of the ruthless sea. The laterite walls made of stone lend it an even more imposing air and it is a must-visit destination for architecture students. The sea wall segregating the fort from the sea provides breathtaking views of the Mopilla Bay. Girindra Deshpande Neelakurinji Trek

The spectacular views are quite enogh to steal your heart... Definately Munnar is the favourite hotspot of trekkers and other tourists...While trekking we also reached Mattupetty hills and then discovered beautiful the tea plantations. It was a very leasing feelig for us.

Rati Gill Neelakurinji Trek

There is some magic in the hills of Munnar, that caught our attention, trull the place is the best holiday destination for all. When we were entering Munnar we saw endless gardens of coffee and it was so nice to stare at those feilds.... Wao Munnar hills has very rich vegetation area as well. We were trekking on the moderate trails and camping on flat grounds.. everything just commendable.

Bankim Kaur Chembra Peak Trek

Excellent

We had so much fun there. The trail was narrow and we had to climb some rocks as well and the trail was completely surrounded by lush greenery which makes it perfect for a great view. There were coffee and tea plantations as well which looked amazing and passing by those areas the fragrance of tea and coffee was great.

SHIVANI SHAH 7 Hills Full Day Trekking at Lakshmi Hills, Munnar

Arun is really a gem of a person. He is very informative, really kind and soft spoken. He shared knowledge about tea plantation and Munnar history too. Arun is also a good photographer and he captures amazing shots. The view is lovely as fog passes by. Also the trek is amazing given the distance and route. Arun also managed to provide a light snack and lunch on our way and we spent a fantastic time. The seven hills Lakshmi trek is really beautiful way to look at beauty of Munnar. Highly recommended.

Sumitra Dwivedi Chembra Peak Trek

Excellent

A local guide was compulsory to pass by the forest check. Thank god we had booked from Thrillophilia as we not only got a local guide but permits as well for which we need not wait. We had visited there in October and the weather was amazing and cool. The views are extremely beautiful and we had seen some good mountain views from the top.

Guru Shukla Chembra Peak Trek

Excellent

This trek was indeed best and needed quite an effort to reach the top. The climb was not so easy so take enough rest in between to regain the energy level. Carry some chocolates and protein bars and wear the shoes you are comfortable with walking and running in. The efforts are worth it once you witness the views and the heart-shaped lake

The trek was a long walk I can say. I had visited there with my friends, and all of us are active sports players, so the trek was not at all difficult for us. The lake was indeed beautiful and unique. I had a good time there.

Gotum Dutta Chembra Peak Trek

It was worth an experience. The view of the valley and mountains are breathtaking and magnificent. The heart-shaped lake was cherry on the cake. The local guide with us knows the route well, so he was helpful during the visit.
