To round it off, take a trip to the majestic Mount Ararat, the pilgrim mountain lying on the borders of Turkey.
Being landlocked, Armenia enjoys a continental climate, with hot summers and very cold winters. Rainfall here is scarce, and mainly restricted to springtime.
